Ben Baker

Ben Baker grew up in East Texas on a family farm where he was instilled with the value of hard work and perseverance..  Ben learned at an early age that work ended when the job is done, not when the clock struck 5:00 o’clock.  These essential traits have been the backbone of his success as a trial attorney.

After high school, Mr. Baker graduated from Texas A&M University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science from the Department of Animal Science before eventually making his home in Oklahoma in 1992.  Baker has worked for national corporations and small businesses helping them grow and achieve success in various agricultural market sectors while simultaneously managing his own cattle operations.

Mr. Baker went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2006.  Ben has built his reputation by taking complex cases while being a strong and outspoken advocate for individuals facing difficult odds against insurance companies and other large corporations.  Mr. Baker practices out of Purcell, Oklahoma where he represents clients from numerous states in areas of insurance law, business law, personal injury, estate planning, family law, and criminal law.

He is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma state courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Baker is also a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association where he previously served on the congressional oversight committee and the McClain County Bar Association as President.
