OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE ANNOUNCING DEREK FADNER PROMOTION TO PARTNER AT MMA,
Houston, TX, January 8, 2021 – Founding Partners and J. Zachary McClenny Moseley are delighted to announce the promotion of one of their associates, Derek Fadner, to Partner. A great start to 2021, Fadner has accepted this position and the team is elated to have him take this next step.
Fadner joined the McClenny Moseley & Associates team in September of 2016. After four years of dedicated service to our nation, Mr. Fadner transitioned back to civilian life and began pursuing his education.
Mr. Fadner attended Texas A&M University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Mr. Fadner then returned home to Houston where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law.

Through his diverse litigation experiences, Mr. Fadner has developed the skills and knowledge necessary to reach full and fair settlements on behalf of his clients.
